Pune: Deccan Gymkhana ‘A’ lifted the Plate Division Championships in the seventh edition of the Shashi Vaidya Memorial Inter club Tennis Championships at PYC Hindu Gymkhana Tennis courts on Saturday.

In the finals, Deccan Gymkhana ‘A’ outplayed Solaris RPTA 24-4 in a one sided match. 

In the 100+ category Nandan Bal and Jaideep Date served out  Ravindra Katre and Hemant Bhosale 6-0. 

In the Open category Sangram Chaphekar and Hrishikesh Pataskar rallied past  Ravindra Pandey and Kaifee Afzal 6-2 while  Jaideep Date and Madan Gokhale accounted for Sanjeev Gholap and Hemant Bhosale 6-2 .  In the Elite Division Finals PYC Gymkhana ‘A’ will take on Deccan Gymkhana.
