Suggestions for ring road proposal invited

Mumbai/ Pune: The road network proposals of the Development Plan of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has been sanctioned by the Urban Development Department.
 
According to the sanctioned plan, 90-metre expressway has been proposed in Bavdhan-Khurd and Warje. The ring road will be developed by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) and the PMC. The alignment of the same road has been changed at Bavdhan Khurd and Warje and converted into 110-metre wide ring road. 

The State Government has invited suggestions and objections from the people. These can be forwarded to Joint Director (Planning), Pune Division at Sahakar Nagar in next 30 days.
     
The Urban Development Department has sanctioned the modification of alignment of 110-metre wide ring road at Dhayari, Bhugaon, Marunji and Wadaki after a requisition from PMRDA. 

After a proposal from PMRDA, the Urban Development Department has incorporated modified alignment at Mangdewadi, Shivne, Bhuagaon, Lavale, Sus, Ambi, Varale, Dehu and Induri.
