FOR GARNISH
Black pepper powder. ..½ tsp
Lemon juice. ..1 tsp
Honey or sugar......½ tsp
Vinegar..................½ tsp
Soy sauce..............½ tsp
Olive oil or salad oil.2tsp

Peanut butter.. .2-3 tbsp
METHOD
Take a bowl and put all the freshly sliced vegetables in it. Add coriander and mint leaves as well.
Take another bowl and add black pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, water, sugar, and soy sauce along with Uunsweetened Alpino Crunchy Peanut Butter and vinegar. Blend it well.
Put the mixture on the top of sliced vegetables and the salad is ready.
Peanut Butter Pasta INGREDIENTS
Pasta, boiled.. .1 cup
Carrot.. .¼ cup
Spring onion (the white part) ...................... ........¼ cup
Frozen corn.. .2 tbsp
Capsicum sliced.. .2 tbsp
Spring onion (the green part) ........................ .........2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste. ..½ tsp
Olive oil.. .1tsp
Sesame seeds, roasted.. .1tsp
White vinegar.. .¼ tsp
Salt to taste
FOR SAUCE
Chilli flakes... ½ tsp
Honey peanut butter. .2 tsp
Schezwan sauce... ...1 tbsp
Soy sauce........½ tsp
FOR GARNISH
Fresh red chillies, chopped
Spring onion greens
Roasted sesame seeds
METHOD
Pour olive oil in a fry pan and let it heat. Once the oil is hot, add onion, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it cook for a minute.
For preparing the sauce, mix chilli flakes, honey peanut butter, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, and water in a bowl.
Once the veggies get cooked, add boiled pasta and salt in the fry pan. Mix it thoroughly.
Add the bowl of sauce, vinegar, and sesame seeds in the fry pan and blend it well.
The pasta is ready. The final step is garnishing to make it presentable.
Decorate it with finely chopped fresh red chillies, spring onion greens, and roasted sesame seeds.
