Educational Qualifications:
Deputy Manager: Candidates must possess an MBA or a two-year full-time PGDM from an AICTE-recognised institute.
Deputy Manager (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA (formerly ICWA) or B.Com with MBA in Finance.
Assistant Manager (Legal): Full-time graduate degree in any discipline along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
Assistant Manager (IT): BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 40 years of age.
Salary Structure:
Deputy Manager: ₹53,100 to ₹1,67,800 (Level-9)
Assistant Manager: ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100 (Level-8)
