At 85, Judi Dench is Vogue’s cover girl

She was James Bond’s first female boss in the 1995 espionage thriller Golden Eye and she held her sway in several others later. As M, Judi Dench showed the audience what a boss lady is made of, what charisma she has and how enigmatic she is.

Now the elegant and superbly talented Academy winner has become the oldest person to grace the cover of British Vogue in its June issue. At 85, you lead a retired life, but Judi Dench still has the spunk. Sporting a Dolce and Gabbana floral coat, she looks stunning. But it’s the twinkle in her eyes that makes her so attractive and endearing.

Twitteratis have expressed their delight over Vogue’s choice of their cover girl. They have praised the magazine for being diverse and inclusive. Judi Dench deserves our praise too. If you think you need to hang up your boots, here’s your inspiration.
