To mark two decades of the formation of dance company, The Young Talent Association (YTA), its founder-director Subhash Dang will be staging its latest theatrical saga called Brahmand 2 — Featuring the Teachings of Lord Mahaveer.
A sequel to Brahmand — A Cosmic Dance, the Brahmand 2 celebrates the teachings of Lord Mahaveer and aims at educating youngsters through the language of dance. Says Dang, “After the super success of Brahmand — A Cosmic Dance, which was based on natural elements, this year, we will be performing a dance spectacle Brahmand 2. The highlight of the evening will be the teachings of Lord Mahaveer which will be conveyed through dance. With Diwali around the corner, and us celebrating 20 successful years of YTA, Brahmand 2 is extra special for us. This is the 18 th consecutive year of our annual show.”
Brahmand 2 is a contemporary dance extravaganza, showcasing the rhythms of life, ambitious dreams and dances. It goes beyond the realms of what we see, the subtle changes of an exuberance called life. Some of the renowned personalities who will be attending the event are Sandip Soparrkar, Jitendra and Mitali Joshi, Muzamil Aziz, Himanshu Malik, K C and Kiran Loy, Abhijeet and Sukhada Khandkekar.
