The actress whose recent dance number Dilbar has become the number 1 hit on India’s YouTube charts, has been signed on to star in Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming film, Bharat, starring Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Disha Patani. An action film, Bharat is said to be spanning a few decades and will see both Salman and Priyanka don five different and unique looks.

According to sources, Nora will be seen playing a Latino character in the film, which is said to be the Hindi remake of the 2014 South Korean film Ode to My Father.

Bharat is Nora’s first mainstream feature film and the Moroccan Canadian said, “Excited to be a part of project of this magnitude. It’s a dream come true! The team is impeccable and the combination of Ali sir and Salman sir is the perfect combination. For me, these were reasons good enough to willingly come on board. Looking forward to begin shooting soon.”

Jointly produced by Apurva and Alvira Agnihotri with Bhushan Kumar, Bharat is slated to release on Eid 2019.
