Raashii Khanna portrays the role of Farhan Akhtar's wife in the movie. During an event, she highlighted the silent resilience of an Army wife. Raashii expressed, "I feel very lucky to have been part of 120 Bahadur. Playing the role of an Army wife is inherently challenging. It wasn't easy for me due to the complexity and depth of the scenes, and each time I performed, I became very emotional."

She expressed, "The movie challenged me as an actor, and I believe I enjoy being involved in films that do that. Returning to the role of an army wife is indescribable. I think you'll need to watch the film to truly grasp it. Her emotions are mostly conveyed through her eyes. There's a persistent sense of loss because, like every army wife, she accepts the harsh reality that her loved one might not return. It's a heavy burden to bear. I've done my best with it, and I hope you all appreciate it."
