The 23-year-old Manasa Varanasi on Thursday clinched the title of VLCC Femina Miss India World 2020. Meanwhile, Haryana's Manika Sheokand was declared VLCC Femina Miss Grand India 2020 while Uttar Pradesh's Manya Singh crowned VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 Runner Up.

In a nationwide virtual hunt, a total of 31 finalists were shortlisted for finale that was held in Mumbai on Wednesday. The jury panel comprised actors Neha Dhupia, Chitrangada Singh, Pulkit Samrat and renowned designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock.

She was a shy kid while growing up and the three most influential people in her life are her mother, sister and grandmother, according to the information on Miss India's official website. Manasa born in Telangana overcame a total of 14 other contestants from other states to lift the desired title. An engineer from Vasavi College of Engineering by profession she works as a financial information exchange analyst. According to media reports, her hobbies include reading books, listening music, yoga to name a few. She is also professional classical dancer in forms of Bharatanatyam and Sangeetam.

The young lad is now all set to represent India at the Miss World 2020 pageant which is scheduled to be conducted in December later this year. The crowning photos of the 23-year-old is making a buzz on social media.

Miss World 2019 - 2nd Runner-up and Miss World Asia 2019; Suman Rao crowned her successor Manasa Varanasi who will represent India at the Miss World pageant that is scheduled to take place later this year.
