On Tuesday, actress Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter to share her looks from her upcoming flicks - Thalaivi and Dhaakad. In her tweet, she mentioned her "range", and "brilliance of craft" as an actor. The Queen actor even compared herself with the three-time Academy Award-winner, Meryl Streep and Gal Gadot.
In another tweet, she added, "I am open for debate if anyone can show me more range and brilliance of craft than me by any other actress on this planet I promise to give up my arrogance until then I can surely afford the luxury of pride #Thalaivi #Dhaakad.”
The photos, shared by her, showed how she lost some weight for her role in Dhaakad, after playing late Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa in Thalaivi.
Netizens were quite amused by her ‘arrogance’ and some interesting replies to her claims. While some resorted to direct answers to her tweets, some resorted to subtle sarcasm!
While Jayalalithaa's biopic is in the post-production stage, Kangana is currently filming Dhaakad, where she will be seen playing the role of Agent Agni. The film also stars - Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta - and is set to release on October 1.
