Sunita Ahuja has spoken out about the persistent rumors concerning her husband Govinda's alleged involvement with a younger woman, calling 2025 one of the most challenging years she has faced. By addressing the speculation head-on, Sunita candidly shared the emotional toll the situation has taken on her and her family.
In a conversation with ETimes, Sunita spoke about the rumors that circulated all year, saying, "I view 2025 as a notably challenging year for me because of the persistent controversy involving Govinda, implying he is associated with a woman. Nonetheless, I am confident she is not an actress, as actresses do not partake in such negative actions. She does not care for him; she is merely after his money."
Rumors persisted despite Sunita and Govinda reconciling earlier this year after a misunderstanding, sparking new discussions about issues in their marriage. Sunita's comments are among her most straightforward reactions to the allegations connecting Govinda with another woman.
Although the year was emotionally challenging, Sunita mentioned it wasn't completely dismal. Professionally, she discovered a sense of purpose after starting her YouTube channel in 2025. "Conversely, I'm thrilled that I launched my YouTube channel in 2025, achieved success, and received a lot of love from people. There are also critics, but I still appreciate them. If they dislike me, that's their issue," she stated.
Looking ahead, Sunita made it clear that she wants 2026 to be different—especially for her family. “I wish to change my life in 2026. I want Govinda to put an end to all these controversies, and I want a happy family in 2026. I hope it happens very soon,” she said.
She emphasized the importance of priorities in a marriage, stating, "I hope Govinda understands that the three most important people in his life are his mother, his wife, and his daughter. No man has the right to have a fourth woman in their life. This applies to every man in the world, including Govinda," she remarked.
