Every fan theory about how Thanos wiped off half of humanity with just a Snap in the penultimate will also be put to rest. Marvel Studios Avengers: Endgame is set for its Indian television premiere today (May 17) on Star Movies.
The 22nd film in the MCU, which was made on a budget of 356 million dollars, has gone on to become the highest grossing film of all time, netting nearly 2.8 billion dollars worldwide.
Directors Joe and Anthony Russo stated that, “At the end of the day, we feel like all meaningful story must include stakes. In order to have emotional highs, you must have emotional lows and drama. We knew that audiences had so much joy over the course of the MCU now that if we didn’t start to test that and push back against that, it would just start dissipating on its own. So in order to keep the narrative vital and vibrant we had to take big risks and we had to test it.”
Adding to the #EndGameOnStarMovies extravaganza, MCU fans also stand to win exclusive Russo Brothers signed movie posters. I was lucky enough to host the launch of the end game when the director came to Mumbai. And it was a great opportunity to see the marvel fans are all about.
