Pune: In a shocking case of cyber harassment, a man allegedly leaked obscene photos of his ex-girlfriend and posted vulgar comments about her friend on social media. The Loni Kalbhor police have registered a case against the accused, identified as Sushant Umakant Koli (resident of Manjari, Pune), following a complaint by a 21-year-old female student.

According to the police, the complainant is a student at a reputed educational institute in the Loni Kalbhor area, where her friend also studies. Both women reside in a PG accommodation nearby. The accused was previously in a relationship with the complainant’s friend. However, due to internal disputes, they ended their relationship two months ago.

Believing that the complainant was responsible for the breakup, Koli allegedly sought revenge through online harassment. He repeatedly attempted to reconnect with his ex-girlfriend, but she refused to resume their relationship. Enraged by this, he took to social media to humiliate both women.

The accused posted an obscene comment under the complainant’s photo on Instagram. Furthermore, he created an Instagram story featuring their names along with explicit remarks, which quickly went viral.

Upon discovering these posts, both women immediately approached the Loni Kalbhor police and filed a complaint. Based on the complaint, the Loni Kalbhor police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.
