Pune: A mesmerizing display of artistic talent and cultural heritage unfolded during the Cultural Arts Festival Week organized by the Dhareshwar Vidya and Sports Foundation.

Held over seven days at the educational complex in Dhayari, the festival featured a blend of artistic expression, traditional performances, and creative campaigns, drawing enthusiastic participation from students, parents, and locals.

The festival commenced with a soulful Ganesh Vandana and invocation of Adishakti, setting the stage for a series of spellbinding performances. Highlights included traditional Warkari Harinam, patriotic songs, folk dances, and enlightening plays.

Students also presented Koli dance, Qawwali, and dramatic enactments on themes like "Save Water, Conserve Water," Mission Mangalam, and the saint traditions of Maharashtra.

Other notable performances included plays addressing the harmful effects of mobile addiction, inspirational depictions of historical icons like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, and Hirakani, and a musical tribute to Bharat Ratna Late Ratan Tata. The patriotic fervor reached its peak with songs echoing the slogan "Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan."

Distinguished guests graced the event, including Rupali Chakankar, Chairperson of the State Women's Commission, Suvarna Tai Phanse from the Education Department, and Prashant Netwate. Foundation leaders such as Kakasaheb Bandoji Chavan, Nandusheth Bandoji Chavan, Bhimrao Bandoji Chavan, and others from Dhayari and nearby areas also attended to encourage the students.

The event was meticulously planned and executed under the leadership of branch heads, including Vikas Kumbhar, Vilas Khade, Madhav Kakade, and others, with active participation from teachers, students, and parents.

This cultural festival serves as a platform for students to showcase their talents, nurture their creativity, and infuse new energy into their learning.
