Pune: In a landmark move, Niranjan Hiranandani Group has announced its entry into Pune’s real estate market through a 105-acre joint development partnership with Krisala Developers. The project, located in North Hinjewadi, will be developed under the Integrated Township Policy, encompassing residential, commercial, and retail spaces designed for modern urban living.
The project’s first phase, covering 30 acres, is expected to deliver 3 million square feet of real estate with an estimated investment of ₹500 crore and a projected turnover of ₹2,100 crore.
