Pune: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially announced the examination schedule for ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) students.
The date sheets for these crucial board exams can now be accessed and downloaded from the official CISCE website at https://cisce.org.
Exam Timelines and Structure
The ICSE Class 10 exams will commence on February 18, 2025, and conclude on March 27, 2025.
On the other hand, the ISC Class 12 exams are set to begin earlier, on February 13, 2025, and will continue until April 5, 2025. The examinations will predominantly be held in the morning session, from 11 AM to 1 PM.
Students will receive an additional 15 minutes to read the question paper before writing begins, a provision aimed at helping candidates familiarize themselves with the questions.
Key Papers and Instructions
The Class 10 English Language paper is scheduled for February 18, marking the start of the exams. The Environmental Science paper will wrap up the ICSE exams on March 27. For ISC Class 12 students, the exams will open with the Environmental Science paper.
The CISCE board has emphasized punctuality, instructing students to arrive at their designated exam centers at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
With the schedule now in place, students and schools can focus on final preparations to ensure a smooth and successful examination period.
