
Pune: Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), the defense subsidiary of Bharat Forge, has introduced its latest innovation, the MArG 45 Mounted Gun System, at IDEX Abu Dhabi 2025.
The unveiling of this 155mm/45 Cal mobile artillery system, mounted on a 4x4 high-mobility vehicle (HMV) platform, marks a significant advancement in battlefield firepower, mobility, and rapid deployment capabilities.
The prestigious launch was officiated by Sunjay Sudhir, Ambassador of India to the UAE, reflecting India’s growing presence in the global defense sector and commitment to military innovation and self-reliance.
Revolutionizing Mobile Artillery
The MArG 45 (Mounted Artillery Gun) is designed to enhance modern combat readiness by integrating high-precision firepower, extended range, and exceptional maneuverability. Developed for shoot-and-scoot operations, the system enables quick engagement and repositioning, increasing survivability in dynamic combat environments.
