They will also provide surgical services, training programs, and collaboration with charitable organizations to enhance the quality of life for PwDs. The Commissioner for Disability Welfare will oversee the monitoring and regulation of these centers, while the District Social Welfare Officers will identify registered NGOs and institutions willing to manage them.

These organizations will undergo a document verification process, and within ten days, the Commissioner will finalize two institutions per district and submit the list for government approval. The centers will focus on accessibility, essential medical treatment, vocational training, financial aid for business ventures, transportation passes, and counseling for PwDs and their families.
