In cases where encroachments are identified, they are removed by the respective authorities. The land acquisition process is expedited to ensure timely completion of development projects. For water supply initiatives, government plots are provided free of charge, while other plots are transferred to PMC after payment based on market valuation.

The requested plots are vital to enhancing infrastructure and amenities across Pune. PMC has emphasized the importance of expediting the acquisition process to meet the growing demands of the city’s urbanization.
