MediBuddy highlighted a shift in consultation timings, with 37% of online appointments happening after 6 PM. This trend reflects the demand for round-the-clock healthcare access, catering to busy, modern lifestyles.

The report identified gastroenterology, paediatrics, and dermatology as the top specialties on the platform. Increasing awareness of digestive health, the need for paediatric care, and attention to skincare issues like acne drove this trend.

The transition to digital healthcare resulted in significant environmental benefits.
