Pune: A school bus driver at Sinhagad City School, Kondhwa, lost his life to electrocution while cleaning a bus on the school premises.
The incident, which occurred on October 18, has led to an FIR being filed against the school director and transport supervisors, alleging negligence in maintaining the school’s transport facilities.
The deceased driver, Santosh Pandurang Malvadkar (47), was a resident of Pisoli, Kondhwa. He worked as a transport driver for Sinhagad City School students.
