Cricket fans rejoice as India's tour of Australia will start on November 27 with first ODI scheduled at Sydney Cricket Ground. The first T20I will be played at Manuka Oval, Canberra, on December 4, while the first Test will begin at the Adelaide Oval on December 17.
Cricket Australia has given the green signal for the India squad to quarantine in Sydney ahead of their Test series. After IPL, India had been scheduled to arrive in Brisbane and undergo quarantine before playing six short-form internationals in Queensland and moving on to Adelaide for the first Test in early December.
India’s tour Down Under is the most-anticipated series’ for Cricket Australia after the COVID-19 outbreak has hit the normal schedule. The board has made special arrangements for the series, including the bio-bubble, as the four match-Test series will help them to recover from the losses due to suspension of matches.
