Pune, 14th September 2025: The holiday season has arrived, and immigrants in Pune are looking forward to returning to their hometowns. Consequently, the Central Railway will run a total of 966 Festival Special train trips from the Pune Division during the upcoming Diwali, Puja, and Chhath 2025 season.
These trains will operate at 1.3 times the regular fare to help manage the passenger influx on key routes to Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Vidarbha, Rajasthan and Karnataka.
