Class 11 admissions: Merit list of first regular online round to be declared; Know how to check
Pune: The merit list of the long awaited regular first round of class 11 admission will be published on Sunday (August 30) at 3 pm. Once this list is published, students will see the name of the junior college they have got for admission in their login. It will also be possible to know the cut-off of colleges in the first round of regular admission.
Central online admission process is being implemented for 1,06,775 seats in 304 junior colleges within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. About 6,227 students have been admitted under the quota. Now 100548 seats are available for the class 11 admission and this centralised online admission process is being implemented for that.
So far 98,946 students have registered under this admission process. Of these, applications of 81,687 students have been locked. The applications of 81,251 students have been verified. About 73,685 students have chosen the option given for admission. As the first merit list of this admission process is being announced on Sunday, all eyes are set on this list.
As it was evident while the provisional merit list was announced, students have given first preference to the science branch with 34,071 applications being received for admission to this branch for class 11.
