Pune: The installation ceremony of new office-bearers of the Builder’s Association of India Pune Centre (BAI) was held at Residency Club in the city.
The chief guest and All India BAI President Sachin Chandra launched an interactive new website of BAI Pune Centre. The youth wing of BAI Pune was also inaugurated to guide college students and mould them seamlessly in the field.
Nimesh Patel, BAI Vice-President (West Zone), State Chairman Prakash Panjwani, newly installed office-bearers, Manoj Deshmukh, Secretary SB Apte, Vice-Chairman Ashok Atkekar, Treasurer AR Gujar and outgoing Chairman Pradeep Garge were also present on the occasion.
Chandra, in his speech, said that BAI should be able to maintain in sync with the changing economy and should interact more with different government departments.
Patel said that the construction industry is going through a challenging phase due to the new regulations and BAI is ensuring that the industry is not adversely affected.
