A Jumbo COVID Care Center has been set up in Shivajinagar area of the city against the backdrop of increasing COVID-19 patients in Pune. A young woman named Priya Gaikwad was admitted to this COVID Center for treatment. However, even after 27 days, her family has not been able to communicate with her. This has created suspicion and the administration has not given proper information about this. The family of this girl has started a protest outside the COVID Center.

Talking to Ragini Surendra Gamare, the mother of the missing girl from COVID Center said, "My daughter was admitted to COVID Center in Shivajinagar on August 29 for treatment. Then in the evening, I got a call from here that your daughter is not listening. So, we were called to the centre. Then I had to talk to my doctor when I got here. At that time, he said that the girl would be discharged on September 13, so you should come to the hospital. Accordingly, when I came here on the 13th to take the girl, the report and discharge for your daughter is not with us for treatment. After that, he discussed it with everyone there. However, he replied in the affirmative. The question of what happened to my daughter haunts me.
