Pune, 26 March 2026: The Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) currently operating in Mundhwa will be relocated to Baner from March 30 as part of an administrative move, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune, announced on Monday.
The existing center on Ghorpadi-Mundhwa Road will cease operations, and all services will be shifted to the new facility located on Baner-Pashan Link Road. Applicants who have appointments scheduled on or after March 30 have been instructed to visit the Baner center at their allotted date and time.
Officials said the relocation is aimed at improving service delivery amid rising demand for passport-related services in the city. The new premises offer more space and better infrastructure, which is expected to help handle the increasing number of applicants more efficiently.
Authorities have also assured that applicants facing any issues during the transition period will be given an option to reschedule their appointments.
The new Passport Seva Kendra will operate from the Mont Claire Building on Baner-Pashan Link Road, providing upgraded facilities for smoother and faster processing of passport services.
