Pune University says students’ answers will be saved even if they face technical difficulties

Pune: The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) administration has clarified that the answers submitted by students, while appearing for the grade improvement and backlog subjects' examination, will be saved automatically in case of any technical issues they face during the exam. The students will also be granted extra time through the software system, SPPU has said.

The Pune University has announced to conduct the examination for backlog subjects from December 8 to 23. The exam will be based on multiple-choice questions (MCQ) format and will be conducted in online mode. The exams will be of one hour duration. It will have 60 questions out of which attempting and solving 50 questions is mandatory. Of the 60 questions, 40 per cent are of easy level, 20 are medium level and 20 per cent are of difficult level.

The backlog subjects' exam is being conducted on a similar scale to the final year examination with almost equal number of students appearing for it. The SPPU administration had asked the agency to solve all technical issues before conducting the backlog subjects examinations.
