Pune: Valentine's Day and love letter has a different equation. In the world of social media, though writing a letter to your beloved ones on February 14 sounds traditional the Valentine's Day is incomplete without greeting or a love letter.
In 2021, people are busy in their own world thus it is difficult to write a love a letter on February 14. But what if we tell you that there's a company in Pune where they wrote a love letter on your behalf.
Saarad Majkur, a content writing firm by Abhijit Sonawane and Amruta Desard in Pune launched the concept in Valentine's Week named "You love somebody and we will write a letter for you."
Abhijeet said, “We launched this concept recently and receiving a great response. The idea about the concept came when me and my wife (Amruta) were discusssing about the essense of letter writing. Me and my wife used to write number of love letters. Thus, we gave a thought that why this concept should reach the masses. We decided to run a social media post."
"From past week we have received over 30 phone calls and the process of sending the love letters was completed," he added.
The company charged Rs 1,000 per letter. The love letter is encrafted on a paper and is delivered directly to home or pickup is also available. The love letter is packed in a heart-shaped box with a chocolates inside.
Abhijeet has a journalism background while Amruta is a writer. "A love letter is purely act of love. There is nothing more happy than professing adoration to someone important in your life. From thinking of words to write, ensuring that it gives importance and handing them to the recipient, it’s a testament of love," Abhijit explains.
The timeless nature of a love letter isn’t about whether it is saved and read only once. It is about the moment a lover holds it in their hands when they feel the words, pause to read them again. Happy Valentine's Day 2021.
