From November, farmers from various parts of India are protesting on the different borders of Delhi against the three newly farm laws passed by the central government. The protest now has gone global with many international stars lending support to farmers.

Rihanna on Tuesday extended her support to the ongoing farmers protest in India.

The pop-star tweeted, "India cuts internet around New Delhi as protesting farmers clash with police" and wrote on her timeline, "why aren't we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest."

Now in a response to Rihanna, India’s former spinner Pragyan Ojha said, "We don't need an outsider poking her nose in our internal matters.”

Ojha further said, “My country is proud of our farmers and knows how important they are, I trust it will be addressed soon. We don't need an outsider poking her nose in our internal matters!”
