India vs England 2021: After almost two years, Pune to host three ODIs

The cricket fans will be eager to see cricket return to India after nearly a year.

Pune: Cricket will return to India in February next year! The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has declared the dates and venues for the series between India and England in 2021. England will play four Tests and five Twenty20 Internationals and three ODIs in India beginning from February.

The cricket fans will be eager to see cricket return to India after nearly a year. Pune which did not witnessed much ODI games will now see three 50-overs format game played between the two nations beginning from March 23.

Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium (MCA) in Pune will host three ODIs. Last ODI played at the MCA stadium was in October 2018 when West Indies came to India for five match ODI series. The last match played at MCA stadium took place in January 2020 as India took on Sri Lanka in a T20I game.

Test series Schedule:

· 1st Test: Chennai (Feb 5-9)

· 2nd Test: Chennai (Feb 13-17)

· 3rd Test: Ahmedabad (Feb 24-28) (D/N)

· 4th Test: Ahmedabad (March 4-8)

T20I series Schedule:

· 1st T20I: Ahmedabad (March 12)

· 2nd T20I: Ahmedabad (March 14)

· 3rd T20I: Ahmedabad (March 16)

· 4th T20I: Ahmedabad (March 18)

· 5th T20I: Ahmedabad (March 20)

ODI series schedule:

· 1st ODI: Pune (March 23)

· 2nd ODI: Pune (March 26)

· 3rd ODI: Pune (March 28)
