Pune: Puneri Paltan, the team which represents the City in the Pro Kabaddi League will be organising an Inter-club Kabaddi Championship for Puneites on September 8 at The Mills, behind Grand Sheraton Hotel, Sangamwadi.
The Inter-Club Championship will witness participation of 16 kabaddi clubs from the length and breadth of the city.
Some intense action and power packed kabaddi moves are expected, as the Pune teams take on each other to take home the title.
With a view to promote kabaddi across Maharashtra, the event began with editions in Aurangabad, Nashik and now it will be held Puneri Paltan’s hometown.
The timing of the event is from 11:30 am to 9 pm and the entry for visitors will be free of charge.
