In the first minute of added time, substitute Adzic, 19, took a pass from Jonathan David and unleashed a long-range shot that sealed the win for Juventus in a stunning finish.
With the victory, Juventus moves to nine points, level with leader Napoli. The result is a major blow for Inter Milan, who were looking to bounce back from a loss last time out.
