Pune: Deccan Gymkhana’s Manasi Pendharkar will lead the Pune District team (Under-16) while Sangram Prathisthan’s Ankita Kolpe will lead the Under-18 girls team at the Pune Regional Athletics Competition which will be held at Rahuri, Ahmednagar on August 12 and 13.
The competition was initially supposed to be held on August 5 and 6 but had to be postponed due to technical reasons. There will not be any change in dates of the State Youth Athletics Competition (Under-16) which will take place at Chiplun from August 16 to 18.
The Under-14 and Under-20 age category competition which was supposed to happen in Rahuri on August 18 to 20 will not happen at Rahuri. The new venue will be declared later but the dates will remain the same.
