Pune: Capgemini ‘A’ defeated Cognizant ‘A’ 1-0 to clinch the title of the Pass2Fit Corporate Football Tournament which concluded at Reboot Sport Arena, Hinjewadi here on Sunday.
Anup Nair from Capgemini ‘A’ scored the lone goal in the 15th minute to help his team walk away with the trophy.
In the battle for the third place, Revenger beat Fujitsu Consulting India 5-2. Dibya Ghosh from Revenger scored three goals in the 2nd, 16th and 19th minutes while Indrajeet Roy and Anurag Ghosh scored one goal each in the 12th and 17th minutes.
For Fujitsu Consulting India, Bipin Raj (10th) and Vignesh Pratap (14th) got on the scoreline.
In the semifinals, Cognizant ‘A’ defeated Fujitsu 2-0 and Capgemini ‘A’ got past Revenger 2-1.
