With this expansion, Apple Fitness+ now spans 49 countries and regions, bringing its seamless, device-integrated workout experience to even more users worldwide.

To use the service, you need at least an iPhone 8 with iOS 16.1 or a newer version for basic functionality. However, for full metric tracking, such as Activity rings and the Burn Bar, an Apple Watch Series 3 or newer with watchOS 7.2 or later, paired with an iPhone 6s or newer running iOS 14.3 or above, is necessary. Additionally, workouts can be streamed on supported Apple TV models.
