In a bid to strengthen ties with the country’s rapidly growing AI community, the Sam Altman-led company announced on Tuesday, October 28, that ChatGPT Go will be free for one year for all Indian users signing up from November 4.

This initiative comes on the heels of OpenAI’s first DevDay Exchange event in Bengaluru. As per the offer, both new users and existing ChatGPT Go subscribers will automatically receive an additional 12 months of complimentary access.
