
Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia officially announced the 9th edition of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona. Scheduled to take place in New Delhi from October 8 to October 11, 2025, IMC 2025 is poised to be a landmark event, solidifying India's position as a global leader in digital transformation.
Global Participation:
The event is expected to attract over 100,000 attendees from more than 120 countries, with over 1,000 exhibitors, including the GSMA.
Focus Areas:
IMC 2025 will focus on cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and 6G networks, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Semiconductors, Electronics Manufacturing, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, Satellite Communications, Deep-tech, Clean-tech, Smart Mobility, Industry 4.0, and Enterprise Transformation.
Startup Program:
The ASPIRE startup program will feature over 1,000 startups, along with 300 investors, incubators, accelerators, and venture capitalists. This includes mentorship workshops, live pitches, networking sessions, and strategic partnerships.
IMC has played a pivotal role in driving progress in India's telecom and technology sectors. As Asia's largest digital technology forum, it serves as a catalyst for innovation and collaboration, fostering new opportunities in the global ecosystem.
