Nokia C10, C20, G10 and G20 phones launched officially.
Nokia C10 and C20 feature the Android 11 (Go Edition), along with a 3000 mAh battery.
Nokia G10 and G20 sport Mediatek chipsets. A 5050mAh battery, and 128GB storage.
On Thursday, HMD Global, The Home of Nokia Phones, unveiled a host of new smartphones in its worldwide virtual launch. Titled Nokia G10, G20, Nokia X10, X20, Nokia C10 and Nokia C20, the announcement was also the tech giant's largest one so far.
The new Nokia X-series phones are the most powerful of the bunch, making it a top-of-the-line flagship phone by the Finnish company.
“Today is more momentous than a regular product launch. The past 12 months have no doubt been challenging, yet they also gave us a moment to pause, think and prepare for the next big step in our start-up journey. As a Finnish company, our approach to technology and business is human-first and that is reflected in this new smartphone range. We want people love their phones," Florian Seiche, CEO of HMD Global, was quoted saying during the launch.
"The launch of HMD Mobile – a milestone in our journey to a holistic provider of all things mobile – amplifies this, and it is only the beginning. We want you to trust that we put security at the heart of everything we do – Nokia smartphones come with security and software updates for extra piece of mind. And we want people to keep their phones for longer, thanks to our signature durability,” he added.
Keeping up with the trend, Nokia, too, plans to exclude the wall-charger from its X Series in the box. The brand has instead decided to include a compostable case for the phone for its users.
The brand also introduced Nokia Lite Earbuds in two colours.
