The OnePlus 15T will come in various configurations: 12GB RAM paired with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. The color choices include Relaxing Matcha, Pure Cocoa, and Healing White Chocolate (translated from Chinese).
The OnePlus 15T is expected to launch in China at a higher price point than its predecessor, the OnePlus 13T, which debuted in April 2025. For reference, the 13T’s pricing for various configurations was as follows:
