Vivo has announced that its next T-series smartphone, the Vivo T5x 5G, is set to launch in India next week. The device succeeds the Vivo T4x 5G, released in March 2025, and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset. According to the company, the phone will feature the largest battery in its segment, while teaser images reveal a camera module design reminiscent of the Vivo V70 series.

The Vivo T5x 5G is scheduled to debut in India on March 17 and will be sold through Flipkart, the Vivo India online store, and authorized offline retail stores nationwide. The phone packs a 7,200mAh battery, the largest in its category, designed for extended streaming, gaming, and browsing without frequent recharges. The company hinted that the Vivo T5x 5G might be available for less than Rs 23,000. Additional details about this smartphone are anticipated to be revealed at the launch event set for March 17.

The device promises top-of-the-line features, including a massive 7,200mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor, upgraded IP68/69 durability, and a 50MP rear camera.

Processor: Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo, claimed to deliver “blazing-fast performance” with an AnTuTu score exceeding one million points.
Software: Ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, offering smoother animations and improved customization compared to Funtouch OS 15.
