Fun at The Fern

The second in the series of fundraiser chocolate making workshops organised by Social For Action, a Maharashtra-based not-for-profit initiative, was held at Amanora - The Fern Hotels & Club Pune, Hadapsar on February 16. 

Those attending the workshop got an opportunity to bake with Prachi Kawade, senior chocolate and pastry chef at The Fern, Amanora. They learnt how to make cookies, pistachio financier, four types of cupcakes with different frostings and lot more. 

We caught up with a few participants and here’s what they said:

“I guess I have learnt a lot. Had great desserts. Money well spent for a good cause and it was well taught too.”
