The 29-year-old actor has spoken out about his break-up with the 26-year-old singer, and has insisted there is no bad blood between the pair, as he wished her nothing but “health and happiness” for the future.
Liam posted a picture of sunset and captioned it as “Hi all. Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward. This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
Post the statement that he released the star was flooded with support from his fans urging him to stay strong following the split. One of the users commented:, “Everything is for some reason... be STRONG”, while another said “Be happy Liam.”
Miley too has posted a cryptic post on her social media account following the split. Alongside an image of her in her sportswear overlooking a lush green landscape, she wrote: “Life’s a climb ... but the view is great.”
