In a major probe of the drugs case in the Bollywood, sources have confirmed that the name 'D' that surfaced in drugs chat is Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone. It is said that the actress asked for hash, in chat with ‘K’. 

The two names K and D have made buzz in the WhatsApp drugs chat. Along Deepika Padukone, another B-Town actress Namrata Shirodkar has also been reportedly linked to the case.

The chats accessed are from October 2017 and show Deepika asking for ‘maal’ from 'K' who replies that she has it but at home. Then, 'K' replies that she can enquire 'Amit' if she wants it, as "he is carrying". Deepika also then explains that she needs ‘hash’ and not ‘weed’. The duo later talks about the logistics.

Meanwhile, Karishma Prakash, manager of Deepika Padukone's has been summoned by NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) for questioning tomorrow. Karishma Prakash is Jaya Saha's assistant, who also manages Deepika Padukone. Jaya’s name made rounds in Rhea Chakraborty's questioning in connection with death case of Sushant Singh Rajput.

The NCB is expected to summon Deepika after it retrieved chats between Karishma, an employee of talent management agency, KWAN.

The names of other B-celebs like Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, and Simone Khambatta have come front in the NCB probe into the drugs nexus.
