While introducing Alia Bhatt at the BAFTAs, actor and host Alan Cumming remarked, “Tonight, we present the next BAFTA with a remarkably talented actress and entrepreneur. This means she has excelled in both the entertainment industry and the business world. But can she master the art of presenting at a BAFTA? I am confident she can. Please welcome one of India’s most celebrated and critically acclaimed actors.

Alia Bhatt entered, looking gorgeous, and greeted everyone with 'Namaskar.' She announced, 'The next award is for a film that is not in English.' After a brief pause, she clarified, 'Don't rush to turn on the subtitles. I was just mentioning in Hindi that the upcoming award is for a non-English language film. While films communicate in numerous languages, we consistently honor the universal language of cinema, which we all understand fluently. Let's check out this year's amazing nominees.'

On the red carpet, discussing life and her passion for movies, Alia expressed, “I often say that I was born ready for 'action'. I feel most authentic in front of the camera. To me, being in front of the camera is a blessing. I am incredibly thankful for my deep love for my job. However, I must admit that my daughter (Raha) is my current source of inspiration and magic. Watching her grow… she’s three now, sometimes dancing to my songs. I think to myself, that’s what life is about.”

Praising Alia, a fan exclaimed, "She performed well and maintained her accent. Both are commendable," while another commented, "I occasionally engage in public speaking for my job, but she was incredibly smooth." Another remark stated, "No matter the question, she always brings up Raha in her responses. I find it adorable."

Alia's upcoming projects include 'Love & War' with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. Additionally, she is set to appear in YRF's 'Alpha' alongside Sharvari.
