What Lakshmi wrote for Trisha

Posting on her X account, Lakshmi wrote, “Happy birthday to the ever-gorgeous and graceful @trishtrashers! What a perfect day to celebrate! It seems the universe chose to give you the ultimate birthday present with that huge victory! Double the celebrations for you today! Have a magical one, darling! #HappyBirthdayTrisha”

Early on Monday, Trisha was seen celebrating her birthday with a darshan at Tirumala, continuing her annual tradition. The actor, dressed in a white kurta set, was photographed entering the temple with her team. Later in the afternoon, Trisha was spotted reaching Vijay’s beachfront residence in Neelankarai, Chennai. She had changed out of her white attire and was seen in her car wearing a green outfit as she arrived at Vijay’s house. She did not interact with the media gathered outside but was seen smiling as she went inside.

About TVK lead in Tamil Nadu

Meanwhile, the family of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief and actor Vijay was seen celebrating at their home as the party maintained a strong lead across the state, with early estimates showing it ahead in 110 of the 234 seats.

Trisha and Vijay are a popular Kollywood duo who have co-starred in films like Ghilli (2004), Thirupaachi (2005), Aathi (2006), and Kuruvi (2008). After several years, they reunited in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo (2023), portraying a married couple. Trisha also appeared in a special song, Matta, in Venkat Prabhu’s The GOAT (2024), which served as a nostalgic nod to their hit track from Ghilli.

Vijay has been married to Sangeeta Sornalingam since 1999, and the couple share two children, Jason Sanjay and Divya Saasha. Speculation about a romantic relationship between him and Trisha caused a buzz on social media. In February this year, reports emerged that Sangeeta had filed for divorce, alleging infidelity.
