Salman Khan celebrated his 60th birthday with a midnight event alongside the paparazzi at his Panvel farmhouse in Mumbai on Saturday, as seen in photos and videos shared on social media. He chose to have a private gathering at his Panvel farmhouse, attended by close family and friends.

Numerous videos of Salman Khan slicing a red-and-white birthday cake have appeared on social media. For the event, the actor opted for a laid-back style, wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans, and showcased a clean-shaven appearance.

Later, Salman was joined by his parents, Salim Khan and Salma Khan, for the cake-cutting ceremony.

Salman began his film career in the late 1980s and quickly gained fame with Maine Pyar Kiya. Throughout the years, he has consistently starred in a series of commercially successful movies across various genres, such as Hum Aapke Hain Koun!, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Kick, Dabangg, and Wanted.

He is scheduled to lead in Battle of Galwan, a film inspired by the 2020 confrontation in Galwan Valley between Indian and Chinese troops. The movie is directed by Apoorva Lakhia, who is recognized for Shootout at Lokhandwala.

A new book detailing Salman Khan's cinematic career is scheduled for release on December 27. Written by Mohar Basu and published by HarperCollins India, 'Salman Khan: The Sultan of Bollywood' provides fans with a comprehensive exploration of his movies, fan base, and lasting popularity.

The book compiles interviews with fans, rare photographs taken by the late experienced photographer Pradeep Bandekar, and insights from long-time collaborators to map out Salman’s ascent and enduring influence in popular culture.
