Shreya Ghoshal announces pregnancy

On Thursday, singer Shreya Ghoshal posted a picture of herself cradling her baby bump on social media.

One of the most popular singers in Bollywood, Shreya Ghoshal took to Instagram to share the news of her pregnancy with fans. On Thursday, the singer posted a picture of herself cradling her baby bump.

Married to Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya, the singer is expecting her first child. Dressed in a blue and green ensemble, the mumma-to-be poses with her bump in the picture and is visibly glowing. She wrote, "Baby #Shreyaditya is on its way! @shiladitya and me are thrilled to share this news with you all. Need all your love and blessings as we prepare ourselves for this new chapter in our lives.(sic)”

Bollywood celebs were quick to send in their congratulatory messages on Ghoshal’s post.

Fellow singers, Neha Kakkar and Shankar Mahadevan commented on the post. While Kakkar commented, “Soo Beautiful.. Congratulations!! Touchwood!! (sic)”; Mahadevan said, “Congratulations Shreya and Shiladitya (sic)”

Singer-composer Vishal Dadlani also wrote congratulating the couple, "Oyyyy!!! Guplu!!! @shreyaghoshal @shiladitya I'm so happy for you guys!!! Congratulations!!"

Actress Sophie Choudhry wrote: "This is so so so amazing!!! Huge love and congrats to you my darling ."

The singer tied the knot with Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya in a low-key affair in 2015.
