Pune: CREDAI Pune Metro conducted its General Body Meeting to review industry developments and committee progress. The meeting was attended by approximately 150 members and key delegates from Pune’s real estate sector.
The event featured an address by Makarand Nikam, City Engineer of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), who spoke on critical urban development issues. Rohit Gera, Managing Director of Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd., presented insights from the Gera Residential Realty Report, while discussions covered updates from various committees, including Environmental, PCMC, PMRDA, IGR, District Collector, Police, Urban Development, Member Assistance, and KUSHAL initiatives.

The CREDAI Pune Metro Safety Awards 2024-25 winners were felicitated by Ranjit Naiknavare (President, CREDAI Pune Metro), Arvind Jain (Vice President & Chairman, Labour Welfare Committee), Sapna Rathi (Convener, Labour Welfare Committee), Milind Talathi, and Parag Patil (Co-Conveners, Labour Welfare Committee).
Launch of Construction Vendor Directory
Additionally, CREDAI Pune Metro introduced "Construction Vendors at Your Fingertips," an informative booklet compiled by Neevay. This guide provides a comprehensive directory of registered and reliable vendors and contractors, exclusively accessible to CREDAI Pune Metro members.
Ranjit Naiknavare, President, CREDAI Pune Metro, emphasized the organization’s commitment to labor welfare and industry development: "We appreciate our members for their dedication to worker safety. The newly introduced safety awards will help raise awareness and educate developers on site safety. Additionally, the vendor directory will enable our members to engage with multiple vendors efficiently, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness for consumers."
