Honda Educates 2500 Students on Road Safety in Baramati Campaign

In Maharashtra alone, HMSI has reached nearly 3 lakh individuals through its road safety campaigns, focusing on both adults and children.

Pune: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) conducted awareness campaign in Baramati, Maharashtra, aimed at educating over 2,500 school students and staff members. The campaign is a part of its nationwide road safety initiative for road safety.

The campaign was held at D.A. Satav High School and Shri Chhatrapati Shahu High School, highlighting HMSI's ongoing efforts to promote responsible road behavior and reduce accidents through targeted education.

As part of its mission to foster safe road habits among young people, HMSI's campaign incorporated interactive activities such as safety riding sessions, danger prediction training, helmet awareness programs, road safety quizzes, and practical training on riding simulators.

The engaging format ensured that participants absorbed crucial road safety lessons in a fun, memorable way.

HMSI’s Road Safety Awareness Campaign focuses on the importance of instilling good road safety practices in children and youth, recognizing their role in shaping the future of traffic safety in India.

The initiative, regularly conducted in schools, colleges, and various institutions across the country, aims to cultivate a generation of responsible road users.

The collaboration between HMSI and D.A. Satav High School and Shri Chhatrapati Shahu High School was pivotal in ensuring the campaign's success. HMSI acknowledged the schools for their support and emphasized the importance of continued joint efforts to create safer roads.
